Jazeera Airways hiring Call Center Agent, both fresher and experience can apply for Kuwait

Jazeera Airways looking for Call Center Agents who will be responsible for outgoing and incoming calls. Call Center Agent has to respond to incoming calls from the customer to answer questions and inquiries, troubleshoot problems, provide information and handle complaints regarding the organisation's products or services. While maintaining high quality customer service, the Call Center Agent will also be responsible to convert calls into sales.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Attend inbound calls and make outbound calls.
• Communicate clearly with and effectively with customers via calls, emails, WhatsApp etc.
• Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the Team Leaders.
• Achieve KPIs assigned for sales and ancillary.
• Support and assist customers and travel agents.
• Promote Jazeera Airways services and company products.
• Attend and respond passenger' complaints and queries.
• Work on the reservation system handle the sales requirements.
• Maintain service quality and follow up on customers' inquiries
• Handle flights disruption and communicate the same with customers in  case of any delays, flights cancelled, or time changes.
• Assist and guide online and offline customers with all travel regulations.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Minimum High School or Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a customer support role.
• Excellent Customer Service and Selling Skills.
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills.
• Professional Phone Etiquettes
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows.
• Must be willing to work in shifts.
• Should be Punctual and Dependable.
