About The Job Role:
The Responsibilities of a storekeeper include ordering, receiving, stocking and inspecting parts and equipment needed for the day-to- day tasks of aviation mechanics and maintenance workers.
Job Profile:
- Complete routine store functions in a timely manner by receiving of goods, verification of quality, quantity, labelling, shelving and related transactions in inventroy system. update the PPE and tools register for tracking and compliance.
- Provide logistics support service to various stakeholders, follow-up with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
- Responsible for clearence and delivery of overseas shipment from HIA cargo
- Periodically review min-max reports and complete the re-ordering process for maintaining optimum stock level.
- Perform periodical inventory audit i to maintain stock and data accuracy
- Receipt, account, storage and issuance of turnover spares and project balance materials.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualifications, Experience & Knowledge:
- 3 years relavant experience as storekeeper
- 2 to 5 years job related experience in a facilities maintenance warehouse and experience of ERP inventory model
- Experience in similar role in International Airport
- Well versed with MS Office suits
- Certificate in logistics management or finance or equivalent
