Job Responsibilities:

The Aircraft Engineer will support head of engineering on all Engineering and projects activities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical supporrt and engineering disposition in order to resolve aircraft power problems in all ATA chapters.
• Reviews and actions Airworthiness Directives so as to enure compliance with applicabke FAA regulations.
• Acts as a technical liasion with engine and component manufacturers, vendors and overhaul agencies regarding the overhaul, repair and modification of all components, as required by company policy.
• Maintains awareness of FAA regulations and required compliance of FARs, ADs, SBs amd comapny maintenance program
• Issues engineering documentation such as engineering orders, manual supplements and build specifications as required to support the aircraft maintenance operation
• Assists Maintenance and materials departments with parts and components research in order to determine proper effectivity and interchangeability
• Interfaces with maintenance, materials, quality and flight operations department in order to provide solutions to technical issues on the fleet 
• Other duties as assigned to assist flydeal in achieving its operational goals and objectives
• Establishing aircraft reliability programs in accordance with MRB, MPD and engineering reliability program and monitoring their effectiveness 
• Build a good rapport with external partners to ensure FAD requirements are adequately considered and actioned in a timely manner 
• Daily communications amd interactions with FAD contracted technical service providers, to ensure stock levels amd support is in line with the agreed contractual terms 
• Commence dialogues with various entities such as the OEM and OEM vendors with respect to warranty considerations that FAD is entitled to 
• Interact with FAD finance department to track and manage costs associated with supply and warrenty functions within E&M

Eligibility criteria for Aircraft Engineer Vacancy: 

Qualification/ Requirement/ knowledge:

Qualifications:

• BS degree Aircraft, Aeronautical, Aerospace, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering 

Knowledge:

• Aircraft engineering experience
• Projects management
• Troubleshooting 
• Technical agreements evaluations 
• Aircraft Airworthiness and regulations experience

Experience: 

• have 5 years experience in a similar role in an Aircraft Maintenance environment

Skills: 

• Good team player and communicstor be resilient and able to adapt to change with minimal disruption to operations
