Qualification:

1. AME Diploma(Aircraft Maintenance Engineer)
2. C of C is mandate
3. Minimum 60% aggregates in 10th, 12th & AME
4. Good communications skills

Experience Requirement:

• Minimum 2 years as Technician on A320/Boeing/ATR
• 4 years experience as Technician in General Aviation

Skills & Behavioral Competencies:

• MS Office, Excel Worked on Aviation Software Like AMOS
• Collaborative approach, Good interpersonnel skills

Job Responsibilities:

1. To maintain discipline and clear environment at work place
2. Skillfully diagnose snags and take prompt rectification action on aircraft AOG situations at Base or Outstations within TAT
3. Should be able to work independently and with minimal or no supervision and complete the job within the TAT
4. To mentor/train trainess & technicians on the job and promote team work
5. To be able to plan/ deploy required number of Technician correctly for each task and supervise effectively for higher productivity
6. To be able to work independently and under no supervision
