Job Description:
The successfull candidate will join the Engine Managment Department at SIA Engineering Division. As a Production Planner- Engine managment, you will be responsible for planning, cordinating and managing the maintenance, repair and overhaul activities for aircraft engines.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Possess a Diploma, preferably in a technical field like engineering
- Must have knowledge and relevant experience in Engine Management administration and procedures
- Well-versed with engine maintenance documents to understand task card requirement
- Must be familiar with SAP & MS Office suite of products
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, driven and work as a team player
- Able to work independently with little supervision
- Possess a positive attitude with a willingness to learn, and willing to accept new task or challenges
- Willingness to work after office hour occasionally to handle urgent/AOG task
Job Responsibilities:
- Update LLP database timely and monitor LLP end of life, ensuring no overrun
- Plan for engine / LLP change and send out work notifications 48 hrs prior to the engine change
- Monitor and generate report for the location of engines, engines and APUs status, engine stands, engine component storage boxes, etc
- Coordinate engine/APU movement between SIA, SIAEC and MROs, ensuring all documentations are prepared and available
- Tracking of short-shipped parts and follow up internally and with suppliers for backfilling
- Obtain necessary information from supplier and update the lease engine details in system
- Perform LLP back-to-birth (BTB) trace, and complete documentation / record for lease engine redelivery
- Consolidate work scope input for engines and APU for shop visit
- Follow up, track and ensure engine SWA are updated by the respective stakeholders
- Resolve data queries and discrepancies from shop, by checking the data / record from SAP or engine documentation
- Verify invoices and annual reconciliation against the contract rate and published engine flying hours. Follow up and resolve if there is error or discrepancy
- Raise SAP Repair Orders, Work Orders, Service Entry Sheets
- Monitor and report status of engine/APU mods campaign
