Are you ready to take your career to new heights? Etihad Airways is currently seeking a talented MCC Duty Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in coordinating daily operations and providing ADHOC troubleshooting to ensure the safe and efficient return of aircraft to service.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate technical issues/problems via phone or radio calls.
• Provide guidance and support to line maintenance staff.
• Monitor VHF calls and ensure timely communication with crews.
• Review MEL references and issue control numbers.
• Perform ADHOC troubleshooting support to line engineers and flight crews.
• Monitor OEM health monitoring tools to proactively identify potential system failures.
• Contact maintenance providers and apply for one-off approvals when necessary.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with Etihad's processes and procedures.

Requirements:

• High school diploma required; university or technical degree preferred.
• Background in Aircraft Maintenance or similar Engineering field.
• ICAO TYPE II License or equivalent required.
• At least 5 years of aircraft certifying experience.
• At least 2 years working within a maintenance control environment.
• Excellent communication and computer skills.
