Job Description

To perform less complex and routine organisational aircraft maintenance and repairs in accordance with applicable technical records, standards, and regulations, and job guides.

Follow day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work.

Adjust, repair or replace defective components based on analysis of test results, following blueprints, schematics, handbooks, and other technical documents using hand tools, special tools, and test equipment.

Examine and inspect calibration on installed or repaired equipment to prescribed specifications and ensure performance of task based on standard procedure.

Maintain work area and shop equipment.

Ensure serviceability of general tools test equipment by carrying out periodic inspections and caliberation.

Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.

Qualification

Diploma in Engineering field.

Military aircraft experience letter or equivalent.

Experience

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience within maintenance operations area at an Airbase.

Knowledge of Aircraft launching and recovering processes.

Knowledge of basic maintenance processes and procedures.

Understanding of aircraft structure, components, troubleshooting, wiring system and functions.Etc.
