IT Senior Operations & Support Engineer - Database and Integration
Job Purpose
Working in an operation or support environment resolving complex issues raised internally by Emirates Group or External clients by analysing incidents and making recommendations to the technical team that will help reduce the number of recurring incidents. To ensure that IT service operations remain within agreed service levels and minimize the adverse impact on business operations by proactively monitoring identyfying and highligting issues and risks.
Qualifications & Experience
B.Tech graduate in any field
Database administeration and knowledge of ITIL

Cloud deplyoments
Logistics and Administration Coordinator
Job Purpose
Ensure facilities are fully equipped and prepared for all Learning and Talent events.
Support the processing of all departmental pass requirements
Process operational training nominations in the Learning Mangagment System in coordination with resource planning.
Qualifications & Experience
