Overview of Air Works Vacancy & Careers hiring for Graduate, Diploma Engineer Technician: 

Qualification: 

• Academically Electronic Diploma/ Ame, BEMC-Avionics Holder & Must have cleared
• Minimum 2 years of current experience on components as Technician with DGCA Approved 145 organization
• Minimum 6 months of current experience on component as certifying staff with DGCA approved 145 organization
• Must have current valid training in the components as Technician/ certifying staff 
• Any Avionics certifications is a plus 

Skill Required: 

1. Team player with great interpersonal and communication skills 
2. Technically sound with deep understanding of Avionics repair 
3. Must have successfully repaired electronic equipment for the last 2 years 
4. Committed, result oriented, with attention to details

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Responsibile for TAT 
2. Responsible for shop's revenue share to meet business requirements
3. Ensure repaor activity is compliant with CAR-145, Part- 145 & MOE requirements and all quality standards are met 
4. Report issues related to quality and certification if any 
5. Ensure paper & digital recordkeeping of all the tasks performed/hamdled 
6. Recording necessary technical documentation after completion of the work 
7. Take ownership of wprkshop activities & business including timely demand of spares etc.
8. Esure safety rules and regulations are always complied with
