Job Role:

We are currently talent pooling best in class technicians with base maintenance experience who are ready to join us as a direct contractor with an opportunity to learn and grow with us. In this role you are responsible to provide support to the Aircraft Engineer and performance maintenance activities on Etihad Aircraft.
Qualification & Experience:
- High School Diploma/ Certificate
- Formal aircraft apprenticeship or equivalent
- Experience : Minimum 3 years experinece on heavy / base maintenance
- Excellent knowledge of aviation regulations
- Training & knowledge: Computer literate
Accountabilities:
- Ensure maintenance is performed at the highest level in accordance with relevan technical Data and in that respect keeps him/herself updated on current and new Technical and Quality Notices issued also general/technical information
- Ensure maximum attention is given to on time performance by assuring that all materials, tooling and equipment along with associated documentation is prepared in advanced to the task in hand
- Inform and consult with Aircraft engineer as required to enable the Aircraft engineer to maintain a complete overview of aircraft
- Ensure all Aircraft documentation and paper work is completed in a timely manner
- Maintains a FOD free working are and clean up bay area before and after work
- Develop one self and increase aircraft knowledge with ultimate goal for further career development. Accepts appropriate training that will enable a more effective contribution
- Be proactively involved in all health and safety matters
- Ensures that all unused serviceable and unserviceable items are returned to stores with the correct label attached
- Ensures any tooling or equipment used is duly cleaned and returned in serviceable condition or clearly labeled if defective
