Job Role:
The incumbent shall be responsible for day to day functioning of Engineering Planning. The job requires monitoring and control of hangar checks, daily work package and ensure timely execution of the work package for maximum planning efficiency.
Qualification:
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/ Aerountical engineering or 3 years DGCA approved AME Course
- BAMEL in HA and JE or equivalent DGCA modules is prefered
Skills:
- Good knowledge of Maintenance Program and MPD
- Basic working skill in MS office including MS Excel and Power Point
- Good knowledge of AMOS or nay other engineering software
- Understanding of civil Aviation Requirements w.r.t. work package, work orders, tools and equipment
Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in aviation with minimum 2 years of experience in planning fuction
Key Responsibilitie:
- Continuous monitoring of contracted activities for aircraft maintenance
- Coordination with OCC and NPD for aircraft ground time planning and availability for maintenance
- Preparation of Hangar Check Plan for the financial year and ensuring timely implementation
- Coordination with projects and contracts for selection of MRO for hangar checks
- Coordination with MRO for induction of aircraft and execution of the work package issued
- Monitoring the daily progress of hangar checks at MRO and ensure timely release of the aircraft
- Coordination with the line maintenance for availibility of required manpower for the required tasks
- Preparation of the major chaeck work package
- Coordination with all the stakeholders for inputs in the work package, Conduct check pre-induction meetings
- Preparation and release of daily aircraft work package in coordination with MCC and Line Maintenance for maximum optimization and planning efficiency
- Ensuring accomplishment of the work package issued
- Ensure the tools and equipment and spares required for the work package are available and preloaded
- Daily attend Production & Planning meeting to ensure the work package is issued as planned
- Coordinate with Engineering stores to ensure preloading as per the work package
- Continuous monitoring of Planing function by Airbus TSp
- Participation in audits and ensuirng timely corrective and preventive action
- Preparation of work orders in accordance with the approved maintenance program deliverable to CAR145 Maintenance Organization
- Tmely embodiment of repairs and madatory and non-mandatory modifications including ADs and SBs
- Prepare regular production and plnning reports and publish as required fromtime to time
- Coordinate for routing unserviceable spares for maintenance, repair, servicing or overhaul
- Other tasks as required by the Reporting Manager
