- Ensure th ecorrect asset hierarchy is defined for MATAR assets in order to optimize the maintenance and maintain the life cycle of assets management system.
- Support subject matter experts in deifining maintenance strategies to elimiate potential delays to upload asset data in CMMS.
- Developing the startegic plan and drive continuous improvement programs to optimize asset maintenance through identifying the best industrial solutions.
- Managing the MATAR maintenance data standards, through the coordination of Oracle eAM change requests to assure conformity to MATA Asset Management System.
- Responsible for determining maintenance costs, including material and labor through Oracle eAm in order to support bottoms up Budget approach.
- Recruting, training coaching and leading schedulers & planners as they provide
- Preparing operatng budget of section and ensure expenditure kept within the budget
- Performe technical evaluation of internally managed projects and participate in negotiation with external vendors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent with Minmum 6 years of job-related experience
- Experience in large and complex work environment involving managment of many internal and external stakeholders
Experience & Skills:
- Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal and writtencommunication and conflict resolution skills
- Expert knowledge of Computrerised Maintenance Management Systems Such As: Oracle, SAP, Maximo
- Competent in leading, coaching and guiding a team
- Sound knowledge and proven experinece with maintenance planning of airport systems.
- Managerial skills- Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow
- Ability to foster teamwork among team members
- Valid GCC license is a must
