Job Description

Performs and is responsible for all work carried out and certified within the scope of authorization privilege, ensuring that all statutory regulations regarding aircraft airworthiness and company requirements are met.

Ensures awareness of all company operating procedures and a complete understanding of all quality and technical reporting systems.

Ensures that all maintenance and defect rectification in line maintenance, including sub-contracted maintenance, is carried out in accordance with standards.

Ensures the issuance of appropriate CRS after satisfactory completion of all maintenance during day-to-day line operation.

Implements safety policies and addresses human factors issues in maintenance undertaken.

Ensures and monitors that necessary maintenance documentation is raised, controlled, and cleared following approved procedures before releasing the aircraft to service.

Reports occurrences/incidents/significant defects/any un-airworthy conditions in the line environment, involving aircraft/maintenance personnel, to Shift In-Charge.

Ensures knowledge of processes defined in Line Maintenance Procedures Manual relevant to the current position and compliance with the same.

Maintains a smart and tidy appearance, reflecting the company image.

Takes on any other duties and responsibilities assigned by superiors.
